For more than half a century software has been developed, but not nearly always successful. Often time schedules are not met, budgets exceeded and is the client dissatisfied with the delivered result.

Cause of this is mostly the so called 'waterfall model'; first analysing everything to the smallest detail, then designing and finally implementing without any possibility for interim readjustment due to advancing insight.

Multi Software wants to break this trend with a more flexible approach, in which the client is involved during all steps of the development process. By (many) interim deliveries the client will know better what he will get and be able to readjust where necessary.
